Maybe it was time she freshened up her resume and took a stab at a new company to work for, one that valued hardworking employees over those that pretended to be productive. Every day was like the movie “Groundhog Day,” a never-ending loop of turmoil. Her email inbox was bursting at the seams with needy clients who were not being cared for by her colleges and they were requesting her instead. That would be great if her schedule wasn’t already packed full of her own clients. She needed an assistant who could partner with her to work through the parts of her business that took up her time, parts of the business that were administrative.
